I am trained and experienced in using an array of psychotherapy modalities. These include Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Play Therapy. I draw on evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs, integrating mind, body, and cultural context for meaningful healing.
I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey and perceive my role as that of one who walks alongside clients as they make sense of their inner world and navigate complex life experiences. The therapeutic space is thus collaborative, gentle yet challenging, and affirming of the client’s dignity.
I approach each session with curiosity, empathy, and a deep respect for the courage it takes to seek support. Thus, sessions are tailored to the needs of the client.
My therapeutic style is reflective, intuitive, and grounded in both evidence-based practices and deep emotional attunement. Like the terebinth tree, I aim to offer a supportive and grounding space where clients can rest, reflect, and gather strength for the journey ahead.
I work with children, adolescents and adults, offering both short-term support and long-term depth work, depending on the client’s needs. I offer online and in-person psychological intervention.
If you’re ready to explore your path with care, curiosity, and cultural respect, I welcome you to reach out.
